Refund policy



If you receive a defective item or a different item from your order, please contact us within 7 days after the item arrives. We will exchange it for the correct product. If for some reason we cannot prepare a replacement, we will refund you.

The shipping fee will be borne by the store if the item is defective, and will be borne by the customer if the item is returned or exchanged at the convenience of the customer.
