CRC製MetriCKsに対応するロータリーダンパーキットの最新バージョンです。
従来のCR-031に対し、ダンパーロッドの作動アーム長さを3段階に変更できるようにしました。
これにより、同じシリコンオイルを使いながら、ダンパーブレースの穴位置を変更するだけでダンピングの強さを変更できます。
ダンパーブレースの３つある穴の一番内側が、従来仕様(CR-031)と同じ位置になります。外側にするほどダンピングがソフトになります。
また、ダンパーロッドのアーム部は肉厚になり強度が増しています。
ダンパー部には10万番のシリコンオイルを封入済みです。密封してお送りしますが、ハウジングへの多少のオイル付着はご容赦ください。
取り付けに必要なビス類が付属します。
組付けにあたっては写真を参考にしてください。M3x10ビスは締め付け過ぎないように、Oリングが軽く圧縮されてアームがガタ無くスムーズに動くように調整してください。

This is the latest version of the rotary damper kit for CRC MetriCKs.
Compared to the previous CR-031, the damper rod's operating arm length can now be adjusted in three stages.
This allows you to change the damping strength simply by changing the position of the damper brace hole, while using the same silicone oil.
The innermost of the three holes in the damper brace is in the same position as the previous model (CR-031). The further out the hole is, the softer the damping.
The damper rod arm has also been thickened for increased strength.
The damper section is pre-filled with 100,000 cst silicone oil. The kit is shipped sealed, but please allow for some oil to get on the housing.
The screws necessary for installation are included.
Please refer to the photos for assembly. Do not overtighten the M3x10 screw; adjust it so that the O-ring is lightly compressed and the arm moves smoothly without any play.
